We started SDTS Foundry Co. Ltd in autumn 2016 we work along side SDTS Engineering Ltd to produce high quality Patterns, Castings and foundry supplies here in the UK. With over 70 years combined experience within the company we pride ourselves in quality, Efficiency, Accuracy and customer satisfaction.
As a small company in the foundry sector in the UK we aim for quality with our off site/ out of house testing. Quality control of sampling and Destructive and non destructive testing we can assure you peace of mind with every casting.
Our work can be seen across the UK from Lead components to specialist castings supplied to marine and rock recycling through to the gold mines of Africa, We take pride ourselves in supply to heritage and conservation works on Grade 1 & Grade 2 Listed buildings here in the UK from bespoke moulding to obsolete cast iron guttering components.
Our foundry capabilities are one offs and small batch production, Short run die casting and one off, small batch investment casting.
We run 1 Morgan light oil fired lift out furnace, 1 x Morgan Tilting light oil fired furnace 1 x Morgan LPG bail out furnace.
